Yet, even if Poe's work is somewhat hack and some of his poems are for depressives like "The Raven," Poe has managed to influence such greats as Stephen King and H.P. Lovecraft. I have seen some of Poe's work performed on stage and his poems, "The Raven, Annabel Lee, The Bells, and Murder in the Rue Morgue," were brilliantly staged at the Alvina Krause Bloomsburg Theatre Ensemble.<BR/><BR/>Poe influences my own piece of Dark Fantasy.
